Welcome! Skunk Creek Railroad is a loose and variable group of talented and semi-talented musicians drawn together by their love of music that probably best falls under the category of Americana (rock, country-rock, blues, rowdy bluegrass, reggae, etc.). The band covers a wide variety of upbeat acoustic and acoustic-electric tunes influenced by artists such as Bob Dylan, The Band, Neil Young, the Grateful Dead, Gram Parsons, the Beatles, the Byrds, Bob Marley, Old Crow Medicine Show and a host of others with a smattering of original material from the band members themselves. The main goal of the band is to have fun making music and invites its audience to enjoy the ride!
